Frequently asked questions
Do our employees need to create an account?
No. Each person receives an email with their own link and can take the assessment straight away. It takes around 10 minutes.
Who receives the report?
The person who takes the assessment always gets their own report. If you add a manager’s email when inviting them, the manager receives a copy too, and the invite tells the employee that a copy will be shared.
Do credits expire?
No. Unused credits stay in your account until you use them.
Can colleagues manage invites with me?
Yes. The account owner can invite colleagues, who then share the same credit balance and can send and track invites.
How does the volume discount work?
The discount is based on how many credits you buy in one purchase: 10% off 10 or more, 15% off 25 or more and 20% off 50 or more.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once for the credits you buy. There are no recurring fees.
